Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time excludes weekends, Chinese national holidays, or public holidays in the recipient’s country.

*NOTE: During peak seasons or major sales events, processing may take longer.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it moves through the following stages:

• Pending – Order created but payment not yet received
• processing – Payment received, pending internal review
• Confirmed – Payment verified, order queued for packing
• Shipped – Order dispatched; tracking info sent via email
• Cancelled – Order cancelled
• Refunded – Refund issued to original payment method

Important:

• Once shipped, no changes can be made to your order or shipping information under any circumstances.
• If the shipping address is incorrect and causes delivery failure or loss, CamThink is not liable, and no refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

• Remote Areas (e.g., certain ZIP codes in US) may incur additional delivery fees.
• PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO) may not be supported by express couriers. In such cases, we may cancel the order or switch to standard airmail as needed.
• A physical address is required for express shipping.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:

• Customs duties, VAT, and any import-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout
• CamThink does not collect or prepay taxes

Please check your local regulations and import thresholds before ordering.

Refusal to pay duties may result in shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed — in such cases, no refund will be issued.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Once shipped, CamThink is not responsible for:

• Lost packages due to courier errors
• Delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure
• Damage during transit (unless insured)

We encourage customers to:

• Monitor tracking information regularly
• Contact the courier directly if delivery is delayed or unusual

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs inspection
• Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or geopolitical events

CamThink cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such events.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please double-check your address when placing an order. Ensure:

• Full name, phone number, street address, postal code, and city are correctly filled
• The address is reachable by standard carriers

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

• Failed deliveries
• Return-to-sender (RTS) or abandonment
• No refund for shipping or product

Delivery & Acceptance

We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel before signing or accepting delivery.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, report it to the courier and take photos immediately.

*Accepting a package without inspection may void your right to claim for courier-related damage.
