Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time excludes weekends, Chinese national holidays, and public holidays in the recipient’s country.

*Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, major sales events), processing time may be extended due to high order volume.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it progresses through the following stages:

  • Pending – Order created but payment not received
  • Processing – Payment received, pending internal verification. An auto email will be sent to you. Please check the shipping address, product list, and amount.
  • Confirming – Order details being verified
  • Confirmed – Order locked for packing (No changes or cancellation allowed from this point)
  • Shipped – Order dispatched; tracking info will be sent via email
  • Cancelled – Order cancelled before entering “confirmed” status
  • Refunded – Refund issued to the original payment method

Important:

  • To request changes or cancellation, please contact store@camthink.ai before the order reaches the Confirmed status.
  • Once an order is confirmed or shipped, no further modifications or cancellations are permitted.
  • If an incorrect shipping address leads to delivery failure, CamThink is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Coverage & Limitations

We currently ship to most global destinations.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact store@camthink.ai before placing order.

Limitations:

  • Remote areas (e.g., outlying islands, rural ZIP codes) may incur additional fees or longer delivery times
  • PO Boxes / Military Addresses (APO/FPO) may not be supported by express carriers. We reserve the right to cancel such orders or switch to a suitable shipping method
  • A complete and valid physical address is required for all express shipping orders

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are NOT included in your order total
  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s sole responsibility
  • CamThink does not collect, prepay, or refund any import-related charges

Failure to pay customs duties may result in return, abandonment, or destruction of the parcel — in such cases, no refund will be issued.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

CamThink is not responsible for the following after shipment:

  • Courier delivery errors (e.g., lost packages)
  • Delays caused by customs or third-party logistics
  • Damage during transit (unless insured)

Tips for Buyers:

  • Regularly track your shipment via the link provided
  • For courier delays or exceptions, contact the local courier first
  • For unresolved issues, reach out to store@camthink.ai, and we will assist where possible

Force Majeure & Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, war, or pandemics
  • National holidays, customs checks, or regulatory inspections
  • Local courier disruptions

CamThink shall not be liable for any delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that:

  • Full name, phone number, address, postal code, and city are accurate
  • Your address is deliverable by standard couriers

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in:

  • Failed delivery
  • Return-to-sender (RTS) or abandonment
  • Additional charges or non-refundable losses

Delivery & Acceptance

Upon receiving your package:

  • Inspect the parcel before signing or accepting delivery
  • If damaged, take photos immediately and notify the courier
  • Refusing to check the package may void your right to file claims against courier damage
