Warranty & Return Policy

Limited Product Warranty

CamThink warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as defined in official product documentation. This Limited Warranty is valid only for purchases made through CamThink’s official website and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery and is valid for the following durations:

Accessories	Sensors, Modules, Mounts, Antennas, etc.	12 Months

Covered under warranty:

• Manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use
• Only when used in accordance with CamThink’s user manuals and official documentation

2. Warranty Options

If a valid claim is submitted during the warranty period, CamThink may, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective part, or
• Replace with a new or refurbished equivalent, or
• Issue a partial or full refund (case-dependent)

*NOTE: The repaired or replaced product will carry either the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days — whichever is longer.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover the following:

• Products beyond the applicable warranty period
• Damage caused by:
  • Improper handling, misuse, or installation
  • Unauthorized firmware flashing, soldering, or alterations
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Power surges, incorrect voltage supply, or use of unauthorized accessories
  • Customer-requested customizations or alterations
• Force majeure (e.g. fire, earthquake, flood, war, or political events)
• Unauthorized repairs or servicing
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g. discoloration, scratches)
• Lost, stolen, or suspected stolen items
• Software (embedded or third-party)
• Third-party products, even if bundled or sold with ours
• Consumables (e.g. batteries), unless proven defective upon delivery

*IMPORTANT: CamThink does NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any product.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

1. Contact our team at store@camthink.ai
2. Provide:
   • Order number or proof of purchase
   • Detailed description of the issue
   • Supporting evidence (photos/videos)

DO NOT ship any products back without prior authorization. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required.

5. Shipping Responsibility

• If the issue is confirmed under warranty, CamThink covers shipping of replacement
• Return shipping for inspection may be customer’s responsibility
• CamThink is not liable for damage or loss during return transit; use insured shipping

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident choosing CamThink. While we stand by our product quality, we understand that expectations or project needs may sometimes change. This policy outlines your return and refund rights.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days if:

• Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All accessories/components included
• Item is not listed as non-returnable
• RMA is approved in advance

2. Return Shipping & Fees

• Customer covers return shipping unless incorrect or DOA item
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing store@camthink.ai

Note: Most payment providers charge ~3.5% non-refundable fee deducted from refund.

4. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If your product is defective upon arrival:

• Contact us within 14 days
• Provide photos/videos and request RMA
• If confirmed, CamThink will:
  • Ship a replacement at our cost, or
  • Issue a full refund
• Return shipping for DOA covered by CamThink

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized items
• EOL, discounted, or clearance products
• Used or modified products
• Products not following our guidelines

6. Refund Process

• Email confirmation on refund approval
• Approved refunds issued within 5–10 business days
• Deductions may apply:
  • 15% restocking fee for used/opened items
  • Retail price for missing parts

7. Additional Terms

• Shipping, VAT, customs duties non-refundable
• Customer pays import duties and return shipping (unless CamThink error)
• Unauthorized or late returns will be rejected
• Returns must arrive within 30 days of RMA issuance

8. Limitation of Liability

CamThink’s liability is limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, data, or business opportunity

9. Legal Disclaimer

CamThink makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness unless stated. Products are intended for development and are not certified for life-critical use.

10. Policy Updates

CamThink reserves the right to update this policy. The most recent version will be posted and apply to future claims.
