Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Weekends, Chinese national holidays, and destination public holidays are not counted.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday), processing may take longer.

Order Status

  • Pending – Order created, payment not received.

  • Processing – Payment received; please check address, items, and amount in the confirmation email.

  • Confirmed – Locked for packing; no changes or cancellations.

  • Shipped – Dispatched with tracking info sent by email.

  • Cancelled – Cancelled before reaching “Confirmed”.

  • Refunded – Refund returned to original payment method.

Important:

  • For order edits or cancellation, contact store@camthink.ai before the order becomes Confirmed.
  • Orders that are Confirmed or Shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Incorrect addresses that cause delivery failure are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Regions

We ship to most major regions, including:

  1. North America: USA
  2. Europe: UK, Irelan, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Greece
  3. Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China)
  4. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

If your region is not available at checkout, email store@camthink.ai.

Limitations:

  • Remote areas may take longer or require extra fees.

  • PO Boxes / APO / FPO may not be supported; shipping may be cancelled or changed.

  • A complete physical address is required for express shipping.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included at checkout.
  • These charges are assessed by local customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • CamThink does NOT collect, prepay, or refund customs-related fees.
  • Failure to pay duties may cause return or abandonment; no refund will be issued.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once handed to the carrier, CamThink is not responsible for:

  • Courier errors or lost packages

  • Customs delays

  • Transit damage (unless insured)

We recommend:

  • Tracking your shipment regularly

  • Contacting your local courier for delays or exceptions

  • Reaching us at store@camthink.ai if local courier support is unable to resolve

Force Majeure

Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or wars

  • Customs inspections

  • Major transportation disruptions

CamThink is not liable for delays caused by such events.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure the following are accurate:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Complete address
  • Postal code and city

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may result in:

  • Failed delivery
  • Return-to-sender (RTS) or abandonment
  • Additional costs or non-refundable losses

Delivery & Acceptance

Upon receiving your parcel:

  • Inspect the package before signing
  • If damaged, take photos immediately and notify the courier
  • Failure to check the package may limit your ability to file claims
