NeoEdge NG4500 is a Jetson Orin based edge AI box for teams that need local AI processing outside a cloud server. It can run vision models, video analytics pipelines, local LLM demos, robotics workloads, and industrial control integrations directly at the edge. Compared with a bare Jetson carrier board, NG4500 is packaged as a deployable industrial system. It combines a metal enclosure, wide-voltage DC input, dual LAN, USB, HDMI, audio, DI/DO, RS232, RS485, CAN, M.2 storage, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth expansion, and 4G/5G expansion in one device. Key Features
Jetson Orin edge AI platform
NG4500 supports Jetson Orin Nano and Orin NX modules. The Orin NX 16GB configuration provides up to 1024 NVIDIA CUDA cores, 32 Tensor cores, 16GB LPDDR5 memory, and 157 INT8 TOPS in SUPER mode.
Local AI inference and video analytics
The platform supports computer vision, LLM, VLM, MLLM, and visual transformer workloads. Documented workflows include YOLOv11 object detection on NG4500, DeepStream on NG4500, Ollama on NG4500, and DeepSeek-R1 local deployment on NG4500.
Industrial I/O and field integration
NG4500 provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, RS232, RS485, CAN, DI, DO, HDMI, audio, USB, and Type-C access. It can connect to cameras, PLCs, sensors, industrial gateways, and local control systems.
Expandable storage and communication
The device includes M.2 Key M storage slots, M.2 Key B for 4G/5G modules, M.2 Key E for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, a Nano SIM slot, and SMA antenna connectors for wireless configurations.
Industrial enclosure and deployment
